Marcus Wiedower, a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, has 20 years of experience handling all aspects of real estate and development. His career began representing clients in land planning, civil engineering, and zoning matters in the Athens area. He has spent a majority of the last 15 years building homes and small commercial projects across Georgia. In June 2018, he joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty as a licensed agent. His diverse real estate experience provides valuable market insight. His community involvement includes membership in the Rotary Club of Oconee, Community Advisory Council at the University of North Georgia, Athens Area Association of REALTORS®, Athens Church and is the Chair of the Member Services Committee of the Oconee Chamber of Commerce.
