Today, he serves as the President and Broker of Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty which proudly employs over 100 full time residential agents, 10 commercial agents, and a staff of 15. Charlie also participates actively in the community by holding numerous civic and professional positions. Charlie has found through years of experience in the real estate field that commercial properties and land tracts are his passion.
