Trey Bouwsma

Trey Bouwsma began his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty in the summer of 2024. As a commercial real estate agent, Trey specializes in agricultural properties, land, and farms. With a bachelor's degree in Diversified Agriculture from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, Trey combines academic expertise with over a decade of experience in the poultry industry. Growing up on a commercial cattle and broiler farm, he has firsthand knowledge of the agricultural world, making him an invaluable resource for buyers and sellers.

Trey is an active member of the Georgia Cattlemen's Association, Georgia Farm Bureau, the Athens Area Association of Realtors® and Comer Baptist Church, reflecting his strong ties to the agricultural community. Outside of real estate, he enjoys cheering for the Atlanta Braves and University of Georgia Bulldogs, grilling, hunting, and spending time with his wife, Morgan, and their newborn son, Beau.
