Info: Jason Baker joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty in 2009. Originally from Elberton Ga., Jason lives in Athens with his wife Leanna and daughter Elzie. Before joining Coldwell Banker, Jason was a licensed insurance agent for American Family Life Assurance Company. While there, Jason developed his sales and customer service skills by negotiating new benefits packages with contracted companies and by servicing those companies via the receipt and submission of client insurance claims. In May of 2009, Jason earned a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture from Mississippi State University. His education has provided him with a thorough knowledge of site inventory and analysis, feasibility studies, conceptual and site design utilizing hand graphics, the latest computer design software, and urban planning principals. With knowledge of all the phases of land planning and design, Jason brings a unique skill set to the Commercial Division of Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty and is eager to meet your development and investment needs.
