Info: Joe is originally from Greenville, South Carolina. He moved to the Athens area in 2000 for college and upon graduation, decided to make Athens his full time home.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty, Joe worked for two years in the trading and portfolio management department of PMFM, Inc. PMFM is a money management company located in Watkinsville, Georgia with nearly one billion dollars under management.

Joe is an avid fan of all University of Georgia sports where his grandfather played football and was an assistant coach. He also enjoys playing golf. Joe was a member of two high school state championship golf teams and was also a member of the South Carolina All-State team.

Joe looks to use his experience in the investment business to help his clients evaluate and invest in properties that fit their specific needs. He is a member of The Athens Touchdown Club, Athens Area Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Chairman of the AAAR Commercial Land Committee.
