Upchurch Realty was founded in 1974 by Charles L. Upchurch, II to service the residential and commercial property needs in the Athens area.  With a steady growth of commercial activity, Mr. Upchurch created Upchurch Realty Commercial in 1987 and as a result of the substantial activity and continual increase of commercial sales and leasing, Coldwell Banker Commercial asked Upchurch Realty Commercial to become one of its pilot companies.  In 1997, Charles L. Upchurch, III purchased the company from his father and continues to stress the growth of the commercial division.  Today, our company is one of the top award-winning affiliates of Coldwell Banker Commercial, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.  Our company continues to grow as we represent our clients and customers throughout our service area.
